PLEASE READ THESE IMPORTANT STEPS BEFORE YOU FINALIZE YOUR ORDER........
When you use Main Entrance Tickets as your ticket supplier, I want you to feel comfortable knowing that you have full access to customer support if you have any questions or concerns about your order. Below, I have listed a few of the common issues that are often overlooked when purchasing tickets. Please take a minute of your time to go over your order before submitting.
1 Be sure you have a working Email account to have receipts and confirmations sent. Some customers have had their Employer or company block access to the ticket upload exchange without them knowing it. Personal Emails are generally better.
2 Be sure the tickets you buy for the event are for the DATE, VENUE, TIME and EVENT you actually want it to be. (Hey, it happens)
3 Choosing E-mail delivery and INSTANT download Email is not the same. Instant is instant, on the spot. Regular Email download can take several hours and even up to a half day or so. Some Email events may even say tickets will be available on a certain date. That's the date you will be able to receive the tickets by Email. You will recieve an Email on that date telling you the tickets are ready to be downloaded.
4 Remember to fill out billing and address section at checkout completely. There are checks and balances to help you do this, but we do not know if you actually type in your CORRECT address. ( It happens, yes)
